About me
My Journey & Roots
I was born in Moscow and raised near Ocean Beach in San Francisco—a city that profoundly shaped my worldview and my practice as a therapist. Growing up between cultures sparked a lifelong curiosity about belonging, identity, and how we adapt while building a true sense of home.

Years of therapy, meditation, and personal growth inform both who I am and how I show up for my clients. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), specializing in transpersonal psychology—an approach honoring the intersection of psychological healing, spirituality, and the search for meaning.
My career has been guided by a deep commitment to serving the Bay Area’s diverse communities. I have supported children and families through one of San Francisco’s longest-standing social service agencies, worked in psychiatric units at San Francisco General Hospital, and provided care in the field for individuals navigating homelessness, substance use, immigration-related challenges, and serious mental illness.
To me this work is about liberation- we work toward internal liberation first, from the patterns and walls that keep us from living and loving fully, then as we become more free within, we create the possibility for greater freedom in our relationships, our communities, and the world around us.
